By accessing the qqgg website at qqgg.asia, downloading the qqgg app, creating an account, or placing any real money bet on the qqgg platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and qqgg.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. False information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended qqgg account.

qqgg reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Your qqgg account is your personal responsibility. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not you authorised that activity. qqgg strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication to protect your account.

You must keep your qqgg login credentials — including your password and any linked mobile number — confidential at all times. Do not share your account details with anyone, including friends or family members. qqgg will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone.

• Notify qqgg support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your registered mobile number and email address up to date in your account settings.
• Do not allow any other person to use your qqgg account to place bets or make transactions.

qqgg is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable security precautions or failed to report a suspected breach in a timely manner.

qqgg processes withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket only. Withdrawals are sent exclusively to the mobile financial service account registered in your name and linked to your qqgg account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300 per transaction.
• Processing time: Verified accounts receive funds within 5 minutes of approval. Unverified accounts must complete identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of any active bonus wagering requirements. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• qqgg does not charge a withdrawal fee. Processing fees charged by your mobile financial service provider are not within qqgg's control.
• qqgg reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals as part of standard anti-money laundering compliance.

If your withdrawal has not arrived within 30 minutes of approval, please contact qqgg support with your withdrawal reference number. qqgg will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

qqgg offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus rules outlined here.

• The qqgg welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, and per device.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is clearly stated in the bonus offer. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.

All games available on qqgg — including Dragon Master, Basketball, Dino Hunter, Tongits Go, Teen Patti, 24 Hour Grand Prix, Fishing Yi Lu Fa, and all other titles — operate using a certified random number generator (RNG). The RNG is independently audited to ensure that all game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including qqgg.

When an account is suspended pending investigation, any pending withdrawals are placed on hold until the investigation is complete. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the account is reinstated and pending withdrawals are processed. If a violation is confirmed, the account balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

• qqgg is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

• qqgg is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.
• In all cases where qqgg is found liable, the maximum liability is limited to the amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits qqgg's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
